PAPER TO CONSIDER READING:
PRISON RADICALIZATION IN COUNTY JAILS:
DISRUPTING TERRORIST ACTS THROUGH INFORMATION SHARING
by Douglas R. Lee, December 2014. Lee contends that in California,
when thousands of prisoners were mandated to county jails instead of
remaining
in state prisons, the jails were ill-equipped to deter
radicalization
initiatives and didn't have the information-sharing infrastructure
in place that
the prisons use to help disrupt radicalization. About 100 pages.
